Changing the embedding in a prior posting

Since posting the links on http://www.transforum.net/OzWide/m.cgi?num=46
the URL for the 'Australia wide' home page has changed. Can I change it in the original or must I just post a retraction and update?

The new URL is http://www.malleenet.net.au/~jenki/1country.html and I've embedded it in the words below...
